CRM + Invoicing + Proposals + P&L Tracking + Scheduler
Honeybook runs my business. PERIOD. From streamlining my proposals to invoicing and tracking my expenses and income, I couldn't do without it at this point. I've even used it to replace calendly as my meeting scheduler. It has simplified my lead capture process as well.

SquareSpace
Website CMS Platform
The website you are perusing right now was built on SquareSpace. It's my preferred website platform - no coding required, intuitive interface for updates, great SEO capabilities, and EXCELLENT customer service. Canva
Graphics + Brandkit + Content Planner
You likely already use Canva, but in case you don't, I'm adding it here. I use it daily; it holds all of my logos, branded photos, colors, and fonts (as well as my clients' assets) for quick creation. I use it to create my training slide decks as well. The Pro version is WELL worth the cost.

99Designs
Quick Logo + Brandkit Creation
If you need a logo, branded colors and fonts, or other design work for your business and you don't have a big budget - consider 99designs.
You can upload a creative brief and have the ability to put out a design contest where you'll receive concepts from different designers. From there you can decide who to work with. The key here is that you need to have a strategy in place before your work with them. You need to know what you want. If you need help with strategy, let me know or work with an experience designer.

Loom
Quick Videos for Feedback, Demos, & Communication
I use Loom almost daily to coach clients, offer clarification and feedback, and record quick demos or trainings. The free version allows you to record 5-minute videos and share them with anyone.
Viewers are able to respond with emojis or comments as they watch or read the transcript.

HotJar
Website tracking + behavior analytics
Every website should have Google Analytics and HotJar (or a similar tool) to capture how users are interacting on a website or certain webpages.
Hot jar offers heatmaps, recordings. and surveys to help businesses make better decisions regarding website performance and content. A free version is available!

Policy generator for websites
Termageddon makes compliance for your website easy. Every website needs a Privacy Policy and Terms of Services outlined. This policy maker uses a wizard to collect information about you, your business, and how you user consumer information to create policies that are compliant and always up to date.

Convertkit (aka Kit)
Email platform + landing page creation
I use Kit (formerly Convertkit) as my email platform. It's powerful, simple, and I love the creator network feature.
I also recommend Flodesk and Mailerlite as email platforms and landing page creators. BUT - it depends on what you need and what your goals are with email marketing. Holler at me if you have questions about which system is best for you!
